Butterbeer

Another favorite from the Harry Potter series!

2 cups of Apple Cider

2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream

Heat cider up in a sauce pan until it is warm, then add in the ice cream.  Stir until ice cream is melted and mixed, warm and thick with a little fizz!

    Here is another recipe for butter beer:

    1 cup (8 oz.) of one of the following: gingerale, rootbeer, or creamsoda

    1/4 cup butterscotch syrup

    1 1/2 tsp. butter, with 1 tsp. brown sugar melted together

    In a small sauce pan gently melt the butter and the brown sugar together being careful not to burn the sugar. Then add in the butterscotch syrup and soda slowly heat til warmed through serve in a coffee mug or beer glass.
